For any customer service issues, please follow the below guidelines;

  • Send an e-mail to [email protected] with the following documents;
    • Signed Consultation form
    • Photos of area of concern
    • Detailed description of issues
    • Invoice number

(c) Invoice Issues

RETURN POLICY:

  1. To ensure a smooth return’s process, please follow the guidelines below:
  2. All returns must be preauthorized within 5 days of receipt of the goods. Any returns received after this timeframe will be refused.
  3. Please call our office or email [email protected] and request a return form.
  4. The original invoice and the filled-out return form must be included together in order to complete returns.
  5. Returned Items must be in the same condition as of the day of purchase and in its original packaging and accompanied tags. No credit will be issued for any items that were modified or are not suitable for resale.
  6. A re-stocking fee of £20 will be charged for items returned.
  7. In the event of a factory defect, we will gladly credit your account or deliver replacement goods, no restocking fee will apply. Richy Hair Extensions are warranted against manufacturing defects as specified below
